RETURN POLICY
At Solelegiadress, we recognise the importance of customer satisfaction. Our updated Returns Policy ensures you can shop with confidence — allowing for easy Refunds* and Store Credits within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please process your return through our return procedure. We recommend carefully reviewing the return and exchange policy below to understand which items are eligible for refunds or store credit, so you can prepare the necessary information in advance and submit your return request smoothly.
OVERVIEW
- The item is unworn and in its original condition, with all tags still attached
- The item has the returns ribbons still secured (only applicable on selected styles)
- The item has absolutely no marks or stains (including makeup and spray tans)
- The item has hygiene stickers still in place (Bodysuits, Swimwear and Undergarments)
- Customers must send us an email to begin the return process.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless it is our fault.
- If your order includes free shipping, Solelegiadress will not cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
- Earrings and Underwear Accessories cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
- A receipt and proof of purchase is available
- Must be processed via our Returns Portal.
Solelegiadress reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit or items that are not in the original condition in which they were received. If this is the case, the package will be returned to the customer, and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by Solelegiadress. Due to the complex nature of our returns network, Solelegiadress is not liable for any items received back that are not from Solelegiadress. They may not be returned to you. Please process your return carefully, ensuring the correct label is attached.
Please note, that returns are for an available store credit or refund. Direct exchanges are not possible at this stage.
Exchanges
- If you need to exchange a product, please contact our customer service staff via the official email contact@solelegiadress.com within 30 days after signing for the order.
- The email must include three key pieces of information: the order number, the name of the purchased product, and a brief reason for the exchange.
- After reviewing your application, our customer service team will send you a detailed explanation of the return process and exchange arrangements as soon as possible
Please note:
- Items eligible for exchange must meet three conditions: unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- If your order includes free shipping, Solelegiadress will only cover exchange shipping costs if the item is defective; for exchanges not due to product quality issues, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
